Gagan was born and raised in Bandung, Indonesia and in 2005, he moved to Vancouver, Canada and joined the House For All Nations church pastoral team. Together with his wife, Maria, he has raised three children and currently has two grandchildren.
He enjoys reading books and playing badminton in his spare time. Currently, he is the best Indonesian pastor badminton player in town.
